Chanel Stock Manager

- Process and manage all boutique deliveries, shipments, and related administrative tasks in line with company standards.
- Maintain an organized and well-stocked merchandise area.
- Execute the stock cycle count program and annual physical inventory under the guidance of the Operations Lead; analyze results and address discrepancies.
- Monitor stock levels, sell-through rates, and slow-moving items, reporting findings to management.
- Handle incoming client communications regarding product requests, after-sales service, complaints, store hours, brand information, and repair follow-ups.
- Deliver customer service in accordance with after-sales service guidelines.
- Collaborate with management and the security-OHS manager to support local maintenance and security issues.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Fluency in Swedish and English.
- Availability for retail hours, including weekends as required by management.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and point-of-sale systems.
- Clear oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service abilities.
- Physical ability to bend, climb ladders, and lift boxes up to 15kg, occasionally up to 25kg.
A minimum of 3 years in a relevant role, demonstrating strong organizational and customer service skills.
