1. Coordinate and lead the stock team to optimize boutique results in alignment with Chanel's commercial and brand strategy.
2. Ensure the team understands and implements the Maison's strategy and internal procedures, providing training for new team members.
3. Support the team in daily tasks and ensure the presentation of new products during morning briefings.
4. Maintain stock and boutique presentation according to established rules and seek solutions to streamline floor activities.
5. Manage product flow, including receipt of deliveries, verification of delivery notes, and merchandise checks.
6. Oversee inter-boutique product transfers and liaise with external transporters.
7. Participate in organizing and monitoring rolling inventories and RFID inventories.
8. Master stock management tools and analyze indicators rigorously.
9. Handle quality returns, follow up on credits and reminders, and coordinate with the commercial and after-sales service.
10. Optimize storage areas and propose necessary adjustments.
11. Know objectives and propose action plans to achieve them.
12. Provide indicators to challenge overall activity efficiency.

1. Bachelor's degree in Sales Management or Logistics (Bac+2/3 equivalent).
2. Proven experience in stock management within retail and luxury sectors.

2. Excellent interpersonal skills and impeccable service orientation.

Confirmed experience in stock management within the retail and luxury sectors is required.

Bachelor's degree in Sales Management or Logistics.
