Chanel Stock Manager

- Coordinate and lead the stock team to optimize boutique results in alignment with Chanel's commercial and brand strategy.
- Ensure the team understands and implements the Maison's strategy and internal procedures, providing training for new team members.
- Support the team in daily tasks and ensure the presentation of new products during morning briefings.
- Maintain stock and boutique presentation according to established rules and seek solutions to streamline floor activities.
- Manage product flow, including receipt of deliveries, verification of delivery notes, and merchandise checks.
- Oversee inter-boutique product transfers and liaise with external transporters.
- Participate in organizing and monitoring rolling inventories and RFID inventories.
- Master stock management tools and analyze indicators rigorously.
- Handle quality returns, follow up on credits and reminders, and coordinate with the commercial and after-sales service.
- Optimize storage areas and propose necessary adjustments.
- Know objectives and propose action plans to achieve them.
- Provide indicators to challenge overall activity efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Sales Management or Logistics (Bac+2/3 equivalent).
- Proven experience in stock management within retail and luxury sectors.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and impeccable service orientation.
Confirmed experience in stock management within the retail and luxury sectors is required.
Bachelor's degree in Sales Management or Logistics.
