- Manage a team of stock associates daily, acting as the right hand to the Stock Manager.
- Coordinate team activities and ensure effective information sharing.
- Ensure the team understands and implements the brand's strategy.
- Support the team in achieving objectives and conduct performance reviews.
- Ensure team proficiency in internal procedures and train new hires.
- Contribute to boutique activity and resource planning, including scheduling and breaks.
- Support the team in daily tasks and conduct morning briefings.
- Co-manage the boutique's presentation in accordance with established standards.
- Seek solutions to streamline floor activities and collaborate with other departments.
- Contribute to buffer stock arrangements and develop product line knowledge.
- Manage product flow, including receipt, verification, and inter-boutique transfers.
- Participate in inventory organization and annual stocktaking.
- Handle quality returns, credit follow-ups, and liaise with commercial and after-sales services.
- Engage in innovative stock-related projects and report on operational improvements.
