1. Coordinate and oversee the daily activities of the stock team, ensuring alignment with Chanel's commercial and image strategy.
2. Ensure the team comprehends and implements the brand's strategy, mastering internal procedures and training new members.
3. Support the team in executing daily tasks and lead the presentation of new collections during morning briefings.
4. Maintain the stock and boutique presentation in accordance with established standards.
5. Seek solutions to streamline floor activities and optimize product availability across all levels.
6. Manage product inflows and outflows, including delivery reception, verification of delivery notes, and merchandise checks.
7. Enforce process compliance and oversee inter-boutique product transfers, liaising with external transporters.
8. Participate in organizing and monitoring rotating inventories by product family and RFID inventories.
9. Utilize stock management tools effectively and analyze performance indicators with precision.
10. Handle quality returns, follow up on credits and reminders, and liaise with the sales and after-sales service.
11. Optimize storage areas and propose necessary adjustments.
12. Understand objectives and proactively contribute to action plans to achieve them.
13. Provide data to challenge and enhance overall activity efficiency.

1. Bachelor's degree (Bac+2/3) in Sales Management or Logistics

1. Proven expertise in stock management within a retail and luxury environment
2. Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
3. Excellent interpersonal skills and impeccable service orientation

Demonstrated experience in stock management within the retail and luxury sectors.

Bachelor's degree in Sales Management or Logistics.
