1. Lead and support a team of stock associates, ensuring alignment with Chanel's strategic and brand image objectives.
2. Ensure the team comprehends and implements internal procedures, providing training for new members.
3. Facilitate daily operations and support the team in task execution.
4. Develop and present new collections during morning briefings.
5. Maintain stock and boutique standards in accordance with established guidelines.
6. Seek solutions to optimize floor activity and product availability.
7. Manage product inflows and outflows, including delivery reception and verification.
8. Ensure adherence to processes and oversee inter-boutique product transfers.
9. Participate in organizing and tracking inventory, including RFID inventories.
10. Utilize stock management tools and analyze performance indicators rigorously.
11. Handle quality returns, follow up on credits and liaise with commercial and after-sales services.
12. Optimize storage areas and propose necessary adjustments.
13. Understand objectives and contribute to action plans to achieve them.
14. Provide data to challenge overall activity efficiency.

1. Bachelor's degree in Sales Management or Logistics (Bac+2/3 equivalent).
2. Proven experience in stock management within the luxury retail sector.

2. Excellent interpersonal skills and impeccable service orientation.

Confirmed experience in stock management within a retail and luxury environment.

Bachelor's degree in Sales Management or Logistics.
