Chanel Stock Coordinator

- Manage a team of stock associates daily.
- Act as the right-hand to the Stock Manager, coordinating team activities and fostering collaboration through effective information sharing.
- Ensure the team understands and implements the Maison's strategy.
- Support the team in achieving objectives and conduct performance reviews and one-on-one meetings.
- Ensure the team is proficient in internal procedures and train new hires.
- Contribute to planning store activities and resources, including scheduling and break management.
- Assist and support the team in daily tasks.
- Develop and lead morning briefings.
- Co-responsible for maintaining the store's appearance according to established rules.
- Seek solutions to streamline floor activities and collaborate with other store departments.
- Contribute to the organization of buffer stocks.
- Develop comprehensive knowledge of all product lines in stock.
- Ensure proper management of product flow, including receiving deliveries, verifying delivery notes, invoices, and merchandise.
- Oversee inter-store product transfers and liaise with external transporters.
- Participate in organizing and monitoring rolling inventories by product family and the annual inventory.
- Manage quality returns, follow up on credits and reminders, and liaise with the commercial service and SER.
- Participate in the deployment of innovative projects related to stock management (RFID, Coursier.fr, etc.).
- Analyze and report operational and business needs, proactively suggesting improvement plans.
- Collaborate closely with other store departments (cash desk team, sales managers, VM team, alterations, SER, etc.).
- Drive objectives and propose action plans to achieve them.
- Professional experience in stock management with strong technical skills.
- Ability to handle emergencies and solution-seeking.
- Natural leadership and strong managerial skills.
- Proactive with excellent interpersonal skills and adaptability to a constantly evolving environment.
- Organized, meticulous, and versatile.
