1. Accurately receive deliveries, ensuring goods correspond with documentation and maintain the computerized inventory system.
2. Arrange for the return and transfer of stock, liaising with colleagues and recipients as necessary.
3. Develop and maintain expert product knowledge and share it appropriately.
4. Communicate effectively with colleagues, management, and Chanel Head Office as required.
5. Contribute to a positive team morale and ensure efficient time management and boutique coverage.
6. Maintain confidentiality of the company's commercial activities and internal affairs.
7. Complete necessary administration tasks timely and accurately, adhering to procedures and policies.
8. Assist with regular stock level checks and review alterations and holds.
9. Participate in the preparation and attendance of regular events, including promotions and stock taking.
10. Ensure all goods are security tagged, ticketed, handled, and stored with care.
11. Assist with maintaining relevant displays and replacing sold products promptly.
12. Participate in training to acquire high standards of customer service and product knowledge.

1. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
2. Experience in managing stock movement in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
3. Proactive and reactive teamwork abilities.
4. Knowledge of SAP and MS Office.
5. Working knowledge of RFID.
