1. Accurately receive deliveries and ensure goods correspond with documentation while maintaining the computerized inventory system.
2. Arrange for the return and transfer of stock, liaising with colleagues and recipients as necessary.
3. Develop and maintain expert product knowledge to be shared appropriately.
4. Communicate effectively with colleagues, management, and Chanel Head Office as required.
5. Work collaboratively within the team to ensure efficient operations and positive morale.
6. Maintain confidentiality of the company's commercial activities and internal affairs.
7. Complete necessary administration tasks timely and accurately, adhering to procedures and policies.
8. Assist with regular stock level checks and review alterations and holds.
9. Participate in the preparation and execution of events, promotions, and stock-taking activities.
10. Ensure all goods are security tagged, ticketed, and stored with care.
11. Assist with maintaining displays and replacing sold products promptly.
12. Participate in training to acquire high standards of customer service and product knowledge.

1. Experience managing stock movement in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
2. Experience in supporting team members' development.
3. Proactive and reactive work experience within a dynamic team.

1. Excellent communication skills and relationship-building ability.
2. Knowledge of SAP and MS Office.
3. Working knowledge of RFID technology.

Previous experience in stock control or inventory management within a high-volume retail environment is required.
