1. Ensure the storerooms in the fashion boutiques are organized, clean, and orderly.
2. Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stocktaking.
3. Manage daily merchandise reception before store opening, including proper storage and preparation of the sales floor.
4. Optimize and organize the stockroom according to internal boutique procedures.
5. Handle daily stock transfer requests from boutique staff and other boutiques.
6. Prepare and participate in inventory audits, ensuring rolling inventories are completed before store opening.
7. Analyze and assist the Stock Manager in resolving discrepancies related to rolling inventories.
8. Prepare stock for the introduction of new collections.
9. Support the Stock Manager in sales preparation, including relabeling and reorganizing inventory.
10. Act as a liaison between the back-office stockroom and the sales floor, ensuring all storerooms are tidy and well-organized.
11. Collaborate with the boutique's Visual Merchandising Specialist to organize stock and promote slow-moving items on the sales floor.

1. Experience as a Stock Assistant in retail, preferably in the fashion or luxury sector.
2. Fluent in German and English.

2. Proficiency in computer skills, particularly Excel.
3. Numerical aptitude.
4. Ability to manage projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

Previous experience in a similar role within the retail sector, ideally within the fashion or luxury industry.
