Chanel Stock Assistant

1. Coordinate all stock requests and transfers between boutiques, distribution centers, and the Head Office Buying Office.
2. Assist floor staff with stock issues, including running stock to the floor and replenishment.
3. Unpack stock deliveries and transfers from other boutiques and the Distribution Centre.
4. Conduct physical stock checks and verify stock deliveries against manifests.
5. Report stock discrepancies to the Head of Boutique.
6. Coordinate stock rotation processes with the boutique team.
7. Collaborate on stock takes and cycle count processes with management and the boutique team.
8. Manage repair items with boutique administration and client care teams, including outgoing repairs, status updates, and spare parts orders.

1. Experience in a similar role within the luxury or high-end fashion retail industry.
2. Superior organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
3. Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
4. Experience with point of sale and RFID systems, including report generation and stock management.
5. Excellent oral and written communication skills across all organizational levels.
6. Impeccable grooming and personal presentation in line with Chanel guidelines.
