Chanel Stock Assistant

- Coordinate all stock requests and transfers between boutiques, distribution centers, and the Head Office Buying Office.
- Assist floor staff with stock issues, including running stock to the floor and replenishment.
- Unpack stock deliveries and transfers from other boutiques and the Distribution Centre.
- Conduct physical stock checks and verify stock deliveries against manifests.
- Report stock discrepancies to the Head of Boutique.
- Coordinate stock rotation processes with the boutique team.
- Collaborate on stock takes and cycle count processes with management and the boutique team.
- Manage repair items with boutique administration and client care teams, including outgoing repairs, status updates, and spare parts orders.
- Experience in a similar role within the luxury or high-end fashion retail industry.
- Superior organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with point of sale and RFID systems, including report generation and stock management.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills across all organizational levels.
- Impeccable grooming and personal presentation in line with Chanel guidelines.

Previous experience in a similar role within the luxury or high-end fashion retail industry is required.
