Chanel Stock Assistant

1. Receive, inspect and record incoming deliveries; verify quantities and condition against delivery notes and purchase orders.
2. Organise and maintain the stockroom to luxury retail standards, ensuring rapid access to merchandise and optimal presentation for replenishment.
3. Perform regular stock counts and cycle counts; reconcile discrepancies and report variances to store management.
4. Process stock transfers, returns and adjustments in the store inventory system and maintain accurate documentation.
5. Prepare merchandise for floor replenishment in line with merchandising plans and sales priorities.
6. Operate RF handheld scanners and point-of-sale (POS) equipment to record movements and support transactions when required.
7. Support loss-prevention procedures by enforcing storage protocols, secure handling and accurate record-keeping.
8. Collaborate with sales, visual merchandising and store management teams during peak periods, events and store moves.

1. Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational and numerical accuracy.
2. Physical ability to perform stock handling duties, including lifting and prolonged standing.
3. Clear, professional communication and the capacity to work cooperatively within a high-performance retail team.
4. Proven reliability and discretion when handling high-value merchandise.
5. Legal right to work in Singapore.

Typically 1+ year of experience in retail stockroom, warehouse or back-of-house operations preferred; luxury retail experience is advantageous.

Secondary school diploma or equivalent.
