1. Conduct quality checks on all merchandise upon receipt, ensuring product integrity.
2. Report and document defective goods for corrective action.
3. Maintain an organized, clean, and tidy stock room for Fashion, Watch, and Fine Jewellery items.
4. Assist in sorting and organizing daily deliveries from warehouse to boutique.
5. Ensure accurate inventory records are maintained across all product categories.
6. Participate in monthly stock takes at both warehouse and boutique locations.
7. Support stock transfers and packing processes.
8. Provide administrative support, including handling shipping and invoicing tasks.
9. Assist on the boutique floor as needed to ensure smooth operations.
10. Manage phone enquiries regarding products.
11. Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned.

1. O’ Level qualification with at least 1 year of relevant experience.

1. Strong communication skills with bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin.
2. Meticulous and detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
3. Working knowledge of Excel.
4. Possession of a valid driving licence is an advantage.

At least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role.

O’ Level qualification.
