Chanel Stock Assistant

1. Receive, inspect and process incoming deliveries; verify quantities and condition against delivery notes and invoices.
2. Maintain accurate stock records and support regular cycle counts and full inventory audits.
3. Organize and maintain the stockroom to luxury retail standards, including labeling, tagging and safe storage of merchandise.
4. Replenish sales floor inventory promptly and collaborate with visual merchandising to ensure product presentation meets brand guidelines.
5. Prepare stock transfers between stores or to the central warehouse and manage returns and exchanges following company procedures.
6. Operate handheld scanners and basic inventory equipment; escalate discrepancies to store management and assist in reconciliation.
7. Support loss-prevention efforts by adhering to security protocols and documenting any irregularities.
8. Assist sales and client advisors with product availability checks and backstage preparation for client appointments or events.

1. Demonstrable attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
2. Physical ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending and prolonged standing in a stockroom environment.
3. Basic numeracy and the ability to follow written procedures and inventory documentation accurately.
4. Proactive communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced store team.
5. Reliability, punctuality and flexibility to support retail opening hours and occasional peak-period demands.

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in logistics, retail or supply-chain disciplines is a plus.
