Chanel Stock Assistant

- Coordinate all stock requests and transfers between boutiques, the distribution centre, and the Head Office Buying Office.
- Assist floor staff with stock issues, including running stock to the floor and replenishment.
- Unpack and verify all stock deliveries and transfers from other boutiques and the Distribution Centre.
- Conduct physical stock checks and sign off on deliveries against manifests.
- Report stock discrepancies to the Boutique Manager or Assistant Boutique Manager.
- Coordinate stock rotation processes with the boutique team.
- Collaborate with management and the boutique team on stock takes and cycle count processes.
- Inform Fashion Advisors about the status of customer repair items, including outgoing repairs and spare parts orders.
- Experience in a similar role, preferably within the luxury or high-end fashion retail industry.
- Superior organizational skills with attention to detail and high accuracy.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with point of sale and RFID systems, including report generation and stock management.
- Effective oral and written communication skills across all organizational levels.
- Impeccable grooming and personal presentation in accordance with Chanel guidelines.
Demonstrated experience in inventory management and after-sales services within the luxury or high-end fashion retail sector.
