1. Coordinate all stock requests and transfers between boutiques, the distribution centre, and the Head Office Buying Office.
2. Assist floor staff with stock issues, including running stock to the floor and replenishment.
3. Unpack and verify all stock deliveries and transfers from other boutiques and the Distribution Centre.
4. Conduct physical stock checks and sign off on deliveries against manifests.
5. Report stock discrepancies to the Boutique Manager or Assistant Boutique Manager.
6. Coordinate stock rotation processes with the boutique team.
7. Collaborate with management and the boutique team on stock takes and cycle count processes.
8. Inform Fashion Advisors about the status of customer repair items, including outgoing repairs and spare parts orders.

1. Experience in a similar role, preferably within the luxury or high-end fashion retail industry.

1. Superior organizational skills with attention to detail and high accuracy.
2. Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
3. Experience with point of sale and RFID systems, including report generation and stock management.
4. Effective oral and written communication skills across all organizational levels.
5. Impeccable grooming and personal presentation in accordance with Chanel guidelines.

Demonstrated experience in inventory management and after-sales services within the luxury or high-end fashion retail sector.
