Chanel Stock and Back Office Intern

1. Assist in daily stock management, including merchandise reception and unitary product control.
2. Support the organization of incoming and outgoing transfers between boutiques.
3. Maintain physical and digital stock organization and participate in RFID inventories.
4. Monitor and control reservations and optimize stock levels.
5. Provide after-sales support by receiving pieces from workshops and tracking repairs in the system.
6. Assist with boutique activities during peak times or staff absences, including sales support and customer service.
7. Prepare and serve beverages to clients upon request.
8. Maintain order and identify products displayed on the sales floor.
9. Support Visual Merchandising during collection setups, including preparation of pieces and price changes in windows.
10. Prepare for events and client gifts.

Previous experience in a retail or stock management environment is preferred but not required.
