1. Lead and inspire a team of Beauty Confidants to achieve sales targets and enhance client experiences.
2. Manage retail activities to uphold Chanel's brand image and market leadership.
3. Coordinate in-store promotions and events to drive traffic and sales.
4. Oversee operational processes including inventory management and merchandise handling.
5. Collaborate with marketing and training teams to develop product knowledge and promotional strategies.
6. Act as a Chanel ambassador, creating personalized client experiences and fostering long-term relationships.
7. Partner with Human Resources for recruitment and development of the boutique team.

1. Demonstrated passion for the beauty and fragrance industry.
2. Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Based in Madrid with availability to travel if needed.
