Chanel Specialist, Client Engagement

1. Identify and implement CRM and eCRM strategies to enhance client experience and drive retention and conversion.
2. Oversee the development and optimization of digital services, including online appointment booking and aftersales.
3. Support retail teams with client needs such as client lists, targets, gifting, newsletters, and client-centric education.
4. Manage client gifting for key events and celebratory moments in collaboration with the FSN VIC team.
5. Collaborate with local and global teams across various functions to ensure a seamless client experience.
6. Support WFJ client and advisor experience enhancements on critical cross-divisional projects.
7. Engage with stakeholders to align digital initiatives with division strategy and client needs.

1. 5-7 years of experience in client engagement or luxury consumer experience.
2. Bachelor’s degree required.
3. Strong written and verbal presentation skills.
4. Experience with UX/UI is a plus.

2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
3. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
4. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
5. Ability to think creatively and propose innovative solutions.

5-7 years of experience in client engagement or luxury consumer experience is required.

Bachelor’s degree required.

The anticipated base salary range is $61,400 - $87,000, with additional variable pay components including bonus potential.
