Chanel Specialist, Client Engagement

- Identify and implement CRM and eCRM strategies to enhance client experience and drive retention and conversion.
- Oversee the development and optimization of digital services, including online appointment booking and aftersales.
- Support retail teams with client needs such as client lists, targets, gifting, newsletters, and client-centric education.
- Manage client gifting for key events and celebratory moments in collaboration with the FSN VIC team.
- Collaborate with local and global teams across various functions to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Support WFJ client and advisor experience enhancements on critical cross-divisional projects.
- Engage with stakeholders to align digital initiatives with division strategy and client needs.
- 5-7 years of experience in client engagement or luxury consumer experience.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Strong written and verbal presentation skills.
- Experience with UX/UI is a plus.
- Strong project management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to think creatively and propose innovative solutions.
5-7 years of experience in client engagement or luxury consumer experience is required.
Bachelor’s degree required.
The anticipated base salary range is $61,400 - $87,000, with additional variable pay components including bonus potential.
