- Own the intake process for new ideas, enhancement requests, and change initiatives with a focus on career and growth experiences.
- Partner with HR and business stakeholders to assess needs, define value, and evaluate feasibility.
- Shape and maintain a clear and evolving roadmap aligned to strategic priorities and delivery capacity.
- Lead prioritisation discussions, surfacing trade-offs and facilitating decision-making across competing requests.
- Provide transparency to stakeholders through clear reporting on status, progress, and risks.
- Champion user experience principles in solution design and delivery.
- Design talent and learning journeys with an end-to-end mindset.
- Facilitate change management to support key stakeholders with the transition to new ways of working.
- Support the enablement of stakeholders through the development of clear documentation, guidance, training assets, and support materials.
- Drive adoption of key features and capabilities, focusing on ongoing optimisation and business value.
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of change initiatives, either independently or by coordinating a project team.
- Develop and manage delivery plans, timelines, and milestones.
- Conduct feasibility and impact assessments; manage risk and dependencies across teams.
- Oversee testing, change readiness, and launch activities with a focus on quality and user confidence.
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders and People Analytics teams to shape and refine Talent & Learning KPIs and core reports.
- Leverage analytics to assess experience and system effectiveness, driving data-informed decision-making.
- Manage ad hoc reporting requests and support upskilling to help stakeholders derive actionable insights from data.
- 4+ years of experience managing delivery of technology enhancements related to HR, talent, or learning.
- Understanding of Workday, Cornerstone/EdCast, and IMC environment desirable.
- User-centric mindset with a passion for shaping human-centered digital experiences.
- Strong planning, prioritisation, and project management skills.
- High attention to detail balanced with strategic perspective and storytelling ability.
- Familiarity with agile or iterative delivery approaches.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluent written and spoken English; other languages a plus.
4+ years of experience managing delivery of technology enhancements related to HR, talent, or learning.
