1. Support the Tokyo social media team in planning, producing and publishing platform‑specific content (organic posts, Stories, Reels, short video).
2. Draft and edit copy in the brand voice for captions, microcopy and localised messaging across channels.
3. Assist with community management: monitor comments and messages, escalate customer queries, and maintain tone and response guidelines.
4. Schedule and maintain the content calendar; coordinate shoot logistics, talent, and asset delivery with studio and retail teams.
5. Compile weekly and monthly performance reports using analytics to identify trends and opportunities; present insights to the social team.
6. Research local cultural trends, platform behaviours and competitive activity to inform creative briefs and campaign tactics.
7. Collaborate with creative, PR, retail and regional teams to ensure on‑brand execution and compliance with global guidelines.

1. Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Journalism, or a related discipline.
2. Excellent written communication and copywriting skills with strong attention to tone, grammar and localisation.
3. Social‑first creative sensibility with a demonstrable understanding of Instagram, TikTok and YouTube formats.
4. Organised, proactive and able to manage competing deadlines in a fast‑paced, high‑standards environment.
5. Keen interest in luxury fashion, brand storytelling and visual culture; discretion and respect for brand confidentiality.

Internship level: 0–1 years of practical experience in social media, content creation or a communications role. Prior internships or freelance projects handling channels or short‑form video are advantageous.

Enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Marketing, Communications, Media, Journalism or a related field.
