1. Provide legal counsel to Human Resources teams across all Group entities on individual and collective labor relations, including contract management, disciplinary procedures, and payroll interactions.
2. Support pre-litigation and litigation cases in collaboration with Human Resources teams.
3. Assist in the legal and social aspects of organizational changes and the implementation of HR policies.
4. Prepare and participate in negotiations and drafting of Group collective agreements.
5. Design and deliver training modules for HR teams on shared topics.

1. Master's degree in Social Law or equivalent (BAC+5).
2. Minimum of 4 years of professional experience as a corporate lawyer specializing in Social Law.
