Chanel Skincare Marketing Manager

- Define and implement Chanel's local skincare marketing and investment strategy.
- Ensure alignment of campaign launches with budget plans.

- Manage the regular skincare portfolio and business, including key claims.
- Enhance Chanel skincare's relevancy and credibility through strategic planning.
- Support major skincare events in both orchestration and operation.
- Plan, execute, and analyze skincare campaigns, extracting key learnings.
- Act as a product specialist and point of contact for various departments.
- Execute marketing plans for new products and present launch plans to teams and points of sale.
- Develop campaign strategies, objectives, and annual sampling and gift plans.
- Manage local development aspects, including print production and special events.
- Analyze campaign reports and devise action plans.
- Control campaign budgets, including expenses and promotional costs.
- Oversee forecast and inventory management of skincare products.
- Analyze skincare market trends and competitors' activities.
- Support main budget cycles with necessary reports and strategic insights.
- University degree, preferably in a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in cosmetics marketing, with a preference for skincare experience in Korean or international brands.
- Advanced knowledge of consumer goods marketing.
- Strong analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Korean.
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of timelines.
- Proactive and creative mindset.
A minimum of 4 years of experience in cosmetics marketing, preferably within skincare, with a focus on Korean local brands or international brands with a three-axis approach.
Bachelor's degree required.
