- Deliver comprehensive skincare training sessions, both in-class and virtual, to enhance product knowledge and application techniques.
- Lead and manage skincare learning projects, ensuring alignment with Chanel's strategic goals.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with peers, clients, and colleagues to foster a collaborative learning environment.
- Implement and oversee the 'Skincare Stylist Program' and 'Skincare Master Program' within retail settings.
- Conduct updates and training for Fascia Therapists on the latest techniques and innovations.
- Organize and manage logistics for all skincare training activities, including travel, accommodations, and materials.
- Translate technical training documents to ensure accessibility and understanding across diverse teams.
- Monitor and report on skincare learning activities, utilizing dashboards and data analysis to track progress.
- Stay informed on skincare trends and competitor strategies to maintain Chanel's competitive edge.
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to Beauty Consultants, ensuring continuous development and excellence.
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- Professional diploma in skincare therapy is an advantage.
- Experience in learning and development within a multinational corporation is preferred.
- Proven experience in training and group facilitation, with a minimum of five years in the field.
- Fluency in Spanish and English; proficiency in Portuguese and French is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and Adobe software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for data analysis.
- Familiarity with social media, digital marketing, and learning management systems is a plus.
A minimum of five years of experience in training and group facilitation, particularly within the skincare sector.
Bachelor's degree is required.
