1. Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment.
2. Organize and execute the maintenance plan in collaboration with internal services and external providers.
3. Perform preventive maintenance on machinery.
4. Optimize maintenance procedures and disseminate them to the technical team, ensuring the effectiveness of modifications.
5. Develop and update technical documentation for equipment and train production personnel in preventive maintenance.
6. Participate in the transfer project of the packaging activity to Venette, managing preparatory tasks and ensuring safety, quality, and production validation.
7. Analyze equipment failures and propose technical solutions to enhance reliability.
8. Develop, implement, and improve preventive maintenance procedures.
9. Update and manage technical documentation related to equipment.
10. Propose and implement continuous improvement plans, creating operational modes.
11. Optimize spare parts inventory management, including needs analysis, supply management, and cost reduction.
12. Monitor maintenance performance indicators.

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Mechanical and Industrial Automation, Industrial Maintenance, or Design and Implementation of Automatic Systems.
2. Minimum of 5 years of maintenance experience in a process industry.

1. Strong skills in electrotechnics, mechanics, and automation.
2. Proficiency in computer tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
3. Experience with LEAN management tools and maintenance methods.
4. Solution-oriented with a results-driven mindset.
5. Ability to facilitate interactions within the team and with other departments.
6. Demonstrates rigor, analytical thinking, and organizational skills.

Minimum of 5 years of maintenance experience in a process industry.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Mechanical and Industrial Automation, Industrial Maintenance, or Design and Implementation of Automatic Systems.
