1. Participate in inventory management and reporting for collections and accessories.
2. Manage internal requests from Production teams for ready-to-wear and accessories, including dispatch and return logistics.
3. Ensure the showroom is impeccably maintained, facilitating preparations for shopping and appointments.
4. Assist in the bi-weekly visual merchandising of accessory displays following Image department guidelines.
5. Perform minor garment repairs and coordinate dry cleaning and after-sales service for collections.
6. Support event preparation, including logistics and packaging.
7. Contribute to the Vestiaire Project by assisting with inventory and catalog creation for the showroom and celebrity wardrobes.
8. Prepare activity reports for the Vestiaire Project.
9. Select outfits for appointments and ensure the return of loaned pieces in good condition, reporting any discrepancies.
10. Monitor and report on the inventory of showroom presentation tools.

1. Currently enrolled in a business school or university program with a focus on communication, press, or fashion.
2. Recognized for strong interpersonal skills, organizational ability, and attention to detail.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
2. Logical thinking and a strong product sensitivity.
3. Basic sewing skills.

No specific experience required, but a background in fashion or communication is advantageous.

Pursuing a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
