- Manage global shopping returns and track overdue items, ensuring inventory accuracy and product condition.
- Support the Shopping team in preparing press shipments, specifically in France, and organizing events, including digital documentation and packaging.
- Create and maintain collection schedules, ensuring updates and extensions by press interns.
- Assist in managing showroom supplies, optimizing stock levels, and reporting on purchases.
- Update showroom activity reports to support operational efficiency.
- Currently enrolled in a business school or pursuing a degree equivalent to Bac +2 or higher, with a focus on communication, press, or fashion.
- Strong interpersonal and service-oriented skills.
- Excellent organizational and detail-oriented abilities.
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with other software such as Word and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in English.
No prior experience required, but a background in communication, press, or fashion is preferred.
Currently pursuing a degree in business or a related field.
