Chanel Showroom Coordinator

- Support PR showroom management under the guidance of the Communications Executive and PR Assistant Manager.
- Coordinate the delivery and return of press samples to media, KOLs, and VIPs.
- Monitor and receive Fashion, Watches, and Fine Jewellery press samples, managing inventory processes.
- Create and update press sample documents for dissemination.
- Assist with press trip travel arrangements, including research and itinerary creation.
- Support local and international product requests, coordinating sample delivery and returns for editorial shoots.
- Provide product information to media, including captions and high-resolution imagery.
- File and maintain physical and digital collection and product press tools.
- Strong computer literacy with software such as Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Experience with showroom and inventory management systems like FashionGPS, AX, and PowerBI.
- Knowledge of media and social media monitoring tools such as DMR, Lefty, and MeltWater.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Enthusiasm, proactivity, and complex problem-solving abilities.
- Understanding of the fashion, lifestyle, and entertainment media landscape in Australia and New Zealand.
Experience in showroom and inventory management, as well as familiarity with media and social media monitoring software, is required.
