1. Manage production progress files, including weekly updates, creation of new seasons, archiving closed seasons, and requesting plan updates from manufacturers.
2. Input RFID label orders into the system.
3. Provide annual packaging information for supplier allocations.
4. Compile valuation files and order lists, ensuring all information is accurate and verified with manufacturers.
5. Verify information entry in PLM for preferential origin and loi-agec, and transmit data accordingly.
6. Update files for KPI PF.
7. Formalize meeting documentation.
8. Maintain calendar of manufacturer/supplier closures.
9. Send priority files and prepare supplier launches.

1. Degree in economics, statistics, or management.

1. Professional proficiency in English and/or French.
2. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
3. Precision and attention to detail.
4. Teamwork skills.
5. Strong listening and communication abilities.

No prior experience required, suitable for recent graduates or current students.
