Chanel Senior Visual Merchandising Manager

- Oversee all aspects of visual merchandising for retail fashion boutiques and multi-brand locations in Texas and Colorado, including Dallas, Austin, Denver, and Aspen.
- Report to the South Senior Group Director for Visual Merchandising.
- Ensure the implementation of Chanel's visual merchandising standards across all locations.
- Lead and inspire regional boutique teams in visual merchandising initiatives.
- Coordinate and facilitate launches, windows, floor moves, and events.
- Manage multiple boutique visual merchandising personnel and freelance visual merchandisers.
- Conduct visual merchandising training seminars for store teams.
- Support the South visual merchandising community and corporate teams across the US with monthly travel.
- Maintain operational excellence and meet deadlines for photo documentation and other tasks.
- Expert knowledge of merchandising, retail display, and fashion styling.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Understanding of the buying process and ability to participate in market buys.
- High level of responsibility and accountability.
- Advanced visual merchandising standards and attention to detail.
- Competency in computer and digital photography skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle ambiguity.
Extensive experience in visual merchandising within the luxury fashion industry.
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $70,200 through $106,000, with additional variable pay components including bonus potential, benefits, and perks.
