1. Oversee all aspects of visual merchandising for retail fashion boutiques and multi-brand locations in Texas and Colorado, including Dallas, Austin, Denver, and Aspen.
2. Report to the South Senior Group Director for Visual Merchandising.
3. Ensure the implementation of Chanel's visual merchandising standards across all locations.
4. Lead and inspire regional boutique teams in visual merchandising initiatives.
5. Coordinate and facilitate launches, windows, floor moves, and events.
6. Manage multiple boutique visual merchandising personnel and freelance visual merchandisers.
7. Conduct visual merchandising training seminars for store teams.
8. Support the South visual merchandising community and corporate teams across the US with monthly travel.
9. Maintain operational excellence and meet deadlines for photo documentation and other tasks.

1. Expert knowledge of merchandising, retail display, and fashion styling.
2. Strong negotiation and communication skills.
3. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
4. Understanding of the buying process and ability to participate in market buys.
5. High level of responsibility and accountability.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $70,200 through $106,000, with additional variable pay components including bonus potential, benefits, and perks.
