Chanel Senior Technical QA Manager

- Lead the quality assurance lifecycle for the Microsoft Dynamics 365 solution, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
- Collaborate with development partners and technical leads to ensure code performance, maintainability, and security compliance.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive QA strategy across products and platforms, in collaboration with D365 Product and Architecture teams.
- Identify and implement optimizations related to code performance, particularly in customizations.
- Ensure partner contracts and Statements of Work include relevant QA scope within the HERO framework.
- Coordinate with regional tech teams to align QA frameworks with localization requirements.
- Assist in post go-live root cause analysis to proactively identify QA framework improvements.
- Engage with Microsoft to enhance the HERO QA framework and integrate emerging technologies such as AI.
- Define and monitor quality metrics to assess product performance and test effectiveness.
- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Act as the primary contact for all quality aspects of releases, implementing and evolving QA processes.
- Deep understanding of the D365 technical stack with hands-on coding experience in a global organization.
- Proficiency in programming languages related to D365, such as X++, and technical frameworks like D365 SDK and .NET.
- Experience with tools such as GitHub and Azure DevOps.
- Strong background in software quality assurance, particularly in automated testing using Tosca.
- Familiarity with industry standards such as GDPR.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycles and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical thinking for holistic QA reviews and software engineering approaches.
- Proficient in presentation, communication, leadership, and client development skills.
- Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking abilities, with a keen attention to quality.
- Intellectual curiosity, particularly regarding emerging enterprise technologies.
- Process-driven and pragmatic approach to business support.
Extensive experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on automated testing and a track record of delivering full project life cycles in an international context.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
