8. Facilitate internal talent moves, driving succession planning and leadership development.
9. Advise on unlocking internal successor readiness and cultivating the internal talent pool.
10. Collaborate with the learning team to accelerate readiness of key internal successors.
11. Translate talent marketplace insights into impactful learning solutions.
12. Leverage performance and talent review cycles to build and iterate the internal talent pool.

1. Degree holder in any discipline

1. Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills
2. Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively
3. Interest in challenging the status quo and exploring new methodologies
4. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

A minimum of 8 years of experience in strategic and operational Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, or as a Business Partner within a multinational and highly matrixed environment.
