- Develop and execute supply plans in alignment with business objectives across all divisions.
- Manage order fulfillment for all channels, focusing on maximizing fulfillment of assorted items.
- Optimize stock turns and re-balance between Domestic and Duty-free stock to maximize fill rates and reduce obsolescence.
- Review and propose stock rebalancing within markets to optimize inventory holding.
- Ensure accountability for Sustainable Supply Chain initiatives, including achieving 90% sea freight usage.
- Collaborate with the forecasting team to enhance forecast accuracy and responsiveness to market dynamics.
- Validate forecasts and manage DRP inputs to ensure reliability and accuracy of order proposals.
- Oversee the productivity of the Vendor Replenishment Planner.
- Tertiary qualifications in Supply Chain Management, Warehousing, or Logistics, or significant hands-on experience.
- Proficiency in quantitative analytics, forecasting, data modeling, and process improvement.
- Advanced MS Excel skills, with knowledge of SQL, Macros, and mass data processing being advantageous.
- Experience with reporting tools, ERP systems, and warehouse management systems.
- Strong attention to detail with superior written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement capability and ability to present insights effectively.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to meet tight deadlines and manage competing priorities.
Significant hands-on experience in supply chain management, warehousing, or logistics.
Tertiary qualifications in Supply Chain Management, Warehousing, or Logistics.
