Chanel Senior Reward Manager

- Manage the global annual compensation process, including budget planning, salary and bonus benchmarking, and implementation of salary planning decisions.
- Contribute to global priorities and objectives with innovative ideas for Reward program improvements.
- Ensure effective Reward processes, policies, and offerings align with Chanel’s Reward philosophy.
- Liaise with the Talent team on communications around Reward and performance management processes.
- Manage survey vendor relationships and participation in salary and variable compensation surveys.
- Lead global job gradings with HR and business partners using the WTW global grading system.
- Collaborate with the People Solutions team to deliver Chanel compensation programs.
- Partner with Finance teams by providing compensation data for forecasting and reporting.
- Engage with stakeholders across Chanel to educate and advise on Reward matters.
- Prepare compensation data research, cost impact, modeling, and analyses.
- Monitor regulatory compliance and advise on compensation-related changes.
- In-depth Reward experience in a global organization.
- Experience in consulting and/or retail industry is a plus.
- Excellent compensation program management skills.
- Knowledge of annual review processes and compensation reporting tools.
- Strong Excel skills and ability to interpret and manipulate large data sets.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical/critical thinking.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently on multiple projects and prioritize workloads.
Proven track record of supporting the implementation of Reward projects across multiple markets.
