2. Orchestrate monthly target setting exercises with precision, collaborating with merchandising, finance, and learning and development teams to achieve top-line performance.
3. Establish measurable KPIs and robust incentive mechanisms to ensure the execution of retail strategies on the boutique floor.
4. Plan and budget for client engagement activities, representing the brand in events and client interactions to enhance brand value and client relationships.
5. Contribute to the formulation of long-term retail strategies, including market opportunities, competitive intelligence, and resource allocation.
6. Lead and empower the Head of Boutiques (HOB) community, translating retail vision into actionable priorities and building future-ready teams.
7. Support operational excellence in compliance, audits, and stock management.
