Chanel Senior Project Manager, Traffic & Creative Coordination

- Support the Governance and Image Production Manager in managing internal and external creative resources.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure the seamless design and development of creative assets.
- Coordinate and oversee the development of assigned creative projects, guiding creatives through all project stages.
- Identify and recruit new creative talents to enhance project outcomes.
- Evaluate project requirements to determine necessary creative talents and team composition.
- Allocate appropriate time for each project phase requiring creative input.
- Optimize and schedule creative workloads efficiently.
- Develop project timelines, including creative and alignment sessions with the image production team.
- Monitor projects to ensure creative and operational objectives are met.
- Facilitate constant communication with various creative experts.
- Participate in all collaborative sessions between creatives and production teams.
- Debrief orchestration teams and adjust project timelines as needed.
- Ensure projects maintain coherence, collective mastery, and meet deadlines.
- Identify project needs and adjust creative resources as necessary.
- Master creative processes to ensure adherence and compliance by all involved.
- Foster a creative culture and positive energy among creative teams.
- Build a network of diverse creative talents in collaboration with the Governance and Image Production Manager.
- Organize onboarding for new talents and ensure long-term relationship sustainability.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in a creative-related environment.
- Deep understanding of creative professions: image, editorial design, scenography, architecture, visual merchandising.
