Chanel Senior Project Manager, Digital Activations — Fragrance & Beauty

- Lead end-to-end planning and delivery of digital activations for the Parfums Beauté portfolio, from creative brief through to post‑campaign analysis.
- Define activation strategies across paid, owned and earned digital channels (social, display, web, email, e‑retail) in close collaboration with brand marketing and product teams.
- Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders — marketing, CRM, e‑commerce, legal, regulatory and retail — to ensure timely approvals and coherent omni‑channel execution.
- Manage external partners and creative/technical agencies, overseeing scope, timelines, deliverables, budgets and quality control.
- Supervise content production workflows (briefing, review cycles, localisation and technical delivery) to meet Chanel brand and regulatory standards.
- Establish KPIs, monitor campaign performance, produce insight‑driven reporting and recommend optimisation opportunities to maximise ROI.
- Own rollout processes for national and international launches, ensuring scalability and local market adaptation while protecting brand integrity.
- Degree in marketing, communications, digital media or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven track record managing complex digital projects or activations within luxury goods, beauty, cosmetics or FMCG.
- Strong organisational skills with demonstrable experience overseeing budgets, timelines and multi‑agency ecosystems.
- Excellent written and spoken French and English; additional languages an advantage.
- Familiarity with regulatory constraints specific to fragrance and beauty communications and product claims.

Minimum of 5–8 years of progressively responsible experience in digital project or campaign management, preferably within luxury beauty, cosmetics or consumer goods, with demonstrated success running multi‑market activations and managing external agency partners.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, digital media or equivalent; advanced or specialised training in digital marketing or project management desirable.
