Chanel Senior Production Manager

1. Coordinate a network of primarily Italian manufacturing partners to ensure delivery performance for denim and woven fabric sectors.
2. Ensure adherence to Chanel's objectives regarding timelines, diversity, quality, compliance, and responsible transformation.
3. Propose and manage the planning of each collection, maintaining production schedules in collaboration with manufacturers and internal teams.
4. Conduct frequent visits to partners to enhance proactivity and reliability.
5. Identify risks associated with each collection in coordination with collection services, industrialization, design office, materials/merchandise, and quality teams.
6. Manage delivery performance, challenge manufacturers' schedules, and propose action plans to meet objectives.
7. Coordinate supply chain operations, prioritize production, and ensure smooth information flow between teams.
8. Oversee daily operational activities, including component allocation, submission management, delivery completion tracking, and billing dispute resolution.
9. Contribute actively to cross-functional projects within the Prêt-à-Porter division, offering innovative solutions.

1. Minimum of 6 years of proven experience in production, industrialization, or scheduling, preferably within the textile industry.
2. Fluency in Italian and French, with operational proficiency in English.

A minimum of 6 years in production, industrialization, or scheduling, ideally in the textile sector.

Bachelor's degree (Bac +5) in a relevant field.
