Chanel Senior Production Manager

- Coordinate a network of primarily Italian manufacturing partners to ensure delivery performance for denim and woven fabric sectors.
- Ensure adherence to Chanel's objectives regarding timelines, diversity, quality, compliance, and responsible transformation.
- Propose and manage the planning of each collection, maintaining production schedules in collaboration with manufacturers and internal teams.
- Conduct frequent visits to partners to enhance proactivity and reliability.
- Identify risks associated with each collection in coordination with collection services, industrialization, design office, materials/merchandise, and quality teams.
- Manage delivery performance, challenge manufacturers' schedules, and propose action plans to meet objectives.
- Coordinate supply chain operations, prioritize production, and ensure smooth information flow between teams.
- Oversee daily operational activities, including component allocation, submission management, delivery completion tracking, and billing dispute resolution.
- Contribute actively to cross-functional projects within the Prêt-à-Porter division, offering innovative solutions.
- Minimum of 6 years of proven experience in production, industrialization, or scheduling, preferably within the textile industry.
- Fluency in Italian and French, with operational proficiency in English.
- Data processing and analysis skills to enhance performance.
- Expertise in industrial and artisanal environments, with a preference for denim or woven fabric knowledge.
- Ability to unite and animate partners, leading change with diplomacy and leadership.
- Agility, initiative, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Strong interpersonal skills, collaborative spirit, and product sensitivity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and industry-specific software.
A minimum of 6 years in production, industrialization, or scheduling, ideally in the textile sector.
Bachelor's degree (Bac +5) in a relevant field.
