1. Manage the global functional Travel and Expense team.
2. Oversee T&E reporting on global, regional, and market levels.
3. Coordinate travel management and animate local markets Travel Manager community.
4. Drive continuous improvements in T&E processes to support business objectives.
5. Review and approve local process variations to align with global standards.
6. Facilitate knowledge transfer and process changes to markets.
7. Lead potential new Travel Agency implementations and related tools.
8. Identify risks in processes and implement controls to mitigate them.
9. Collaborate with Internal Audit to monitor internal control processes.
10. Define and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets.
11. Align travel policy and implement and monitor programs.
12. Drive process efficiency through automation and robotics.
13. Develop and maintain process documentation and SOPs.
14. Build strong relationships with regional leaders and stakeholders.

1. Experience in a complex, matrix organization with a global scope.
2. Proven expertise in influencing change at global and local levels.
3. Background in travel and finance with understanding of T&E processes.
4. Proven experience with Tier 1 platforms and Travel Management Providers.
5. Experience in Finance, Internal Control, or Travel roles.

1. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
2. Detail-oriented with strong data analysis capabilities.
3. Proactive with strong time management and prioritization skills.
4. Ability to think strategically and work independently.
5. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
6. Proficiency in English; French and additional languages are advantageous.

Extensive experience in travel and finance, particularly in T&E processes, within a complex global organization.
