1. Support the PR Manager in executing the communications strategy for Fragrance & Beauty Products.
2. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with the press to achieve publicity and exposure targets.
3. Implement the advertising plan and monitor budget adherence for Fragrance & Beauty Products.
4. Develop and nurture relationships with relevant media outlets in Taiwan.
5. Collaborate with the PR Manager to ensure event execution aligns with the communications plan.
6. Coordinate with Chanel's Regional and Global teams regarding press tools and orders.
7. Assist the local event team in executing events.
8. Respond to all media requests, including photo shoots.
9. Compile monthly clippings, PR-related reports, and exposure analyses.
10. Maintain regular contact with advertising agencies and regional teams to ensure quality execution.
11. Work with the PR Manager to achieve high-quality visual reproductions and coordinate production approvals with business divisions.

1. Proven experience in public relations within the luxury fashion or beauty industry.
