1. Lead the design and deployment of organizational structures, including macro-level organization reflections and detailed design implementation.
2. Develop and operationalize roles and responsibilities within new organizational frameworks.
3. Clarify roles and responsibilities across shared processes and ensure effective governance.
4. Support the formalization and updating of key processes in line with organizational changes.
5. Contribute to the development of organizational design methodologies within the Fashion Division.
6. Provide internal consultancy to project teams, particularly on organizational impacts.
7. Support project management activities, including solution design and operational support.

1. 5 to 7 years of experience in organizational design, project management, or transformation roles.

2. Strong analytical and structuring capabilities.
3. Excellent problem-solving and pragmatic mindset.
4. Ability to collaborate effectively with operational teams and HR managers.
5. Strong political acumen and interpersonal skills, including active listening and collective awareness.
6. Organizational skills with anticipation, flexibility, and resilience.

5 to 7 years of experience in organizational design, project management, or transformation roles.

Advanced degree from a business or engineering school.
