- Lead the design and deployment of organizational structures, including macro-level organization reflections and detailed design implementation.
- Develop and operationalize roles and responsibilities within new organizational frameworks.
- Clarify roles and responsibilities across shared processes and ensure effective governance.
- Support the formalization and updating of key processes in line with organizational changes.
- Contribute to the development of organizational design methodologies within the Fashion Division.
- Provide internal consultancy to project teams, particularly on organizational impacts.
- Support project management activities, including solution design and operational support.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in organizational design, project management, or transformation roles.
- Expertise in organizational design methodologies and tools.
- Strong analytical and structuring capabilities.
- Excellent problem-solving and pragmatic mindset.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with operational teams and HR managers.
- Strong political acumen and interpersonal skills, including active listening and collective awareness.
- Organizational skills with anticipation, flexibility, and resilience.
5 to 7 years of experience in organizational design, project management, or transformation roles.
Advanced degree from a business or engineering school.
