1. Develop and implement strategic business plans for retail partners to enhance brand equity and drive business performance.
2. Collaborate with the Head of National Accounts and manage two direct reports to ensure alignment with overall business strategy.
3. Evaluate commercial viability of business opportunities and key moments, balancing them with brand equity considerations.
4. Build sales projections and retailer business plans to support market growth and divisional ambitions.
5. Analyze retail performance to identify opportunities and mitigate performance drainers.
6. Plan and execute key launches and brand events in collaboration with marketing and store architecture teams.
7. Partner with digital and online teams to ensure seamless omnichannel consumer experiences.
8. Support the development and performance of National Account Manager and National Accounts Coordinator.
9. Create data partnerships with retailers to drive informed business decisions and performance improvements.
10. Analyze competitor activities and trends to maintain Chanel's market relevancy.
