- Develop and implement strategic business plans for retail partners to enhance brand equity and drive business performance.
- Collaborate with the Head of National Accounts and manage two direct reports to ensure alignment with overall business strategy.
- Evaluate commercial viability of business opportunities and key moments, balancing them with brand equity considerations.
- Build sales projections and retailer business plans to support market growth and divisional ambitions.
- Analyze retail performance to identify opportunities and mitigate performance drainers.
- Plan and execute key launches and brand events in collaboration with marketing and store architecture teams.
- Partner with digital and online teams to ensure seamless omnichannel consumer experiences.
- Support the development and performance of National Account Manager and National Accounts Coordinator.
- Create data partnerships with retailers to drive informed business decisions and performance improvements.
- Analyze competitor activities and trends to maintain Chanel's market relevancy.
- Experience in fragrance and beauty within the luxury industry.
- Proven track record of building omnichannel trade marketing plans.
