1. Lead the product strategy and execution plan to enhance brand image, desirability, and vitality.

4. Prepare and lead collection assortment and buying recommendations based on data analysis and business insights.
5. Develop strong market and product intelligence to influence product strategy.
6. Provide merchandising business reports to local, regional, and global partners.
7. Lead and develop a team of merchandisers through effective team design and performance management.
8. Collaborate with visual merchandising to optimize product store display and attractiveness.
9. Ensure relevant assortment for events and marketing activities in boutiques.
10. Collaborate with the retail learning team to improve product knowledge among staff.

1. Bachelor's degree holder with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
2. Proven track record and expertise in merchandising and buying within the luxury fashion industry.
3. Ability to motivate and develop a team, promoting high levels of performance.
4. Excellent influencing, relationship management, and interpersonal skills.

1. Strong business acumen and sensitivity to changes in the external business environment.
2. Innovative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and experiment with new methods.
3. Proactive and hands-on approach with a strong buying dimension.
4. Ability to influence critical topics and facilitate meaningful conversations in a non-hierarchical way.

Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in merchandising and buying within the luxury fashion industry.

Bachelor's degree required.
