1. Bachelor's degree holder with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
2. Proven track record and expertise in merchandising and buying within the luxury fashion industry.
3. Ability to motivate and develop a team, promoting high levels of performance.
4. Excellent influencing, relationship management, and interpersonal skills.
