- Serve as an in-house media expert for Chanel's three divisions, staying abreast of the latest media market and luxury goods sector developments.
- Lead strategic, measurable, and effective media campaigns for the UK market, collaborating with Communications departments to support 360 campaigns.
- Utilize robust organizational and project management skills to optimize workflows and streamline media activation timelines.
- Lead and own campaign briefs, working closely with the Media department on strategic roadmaps and campaign briefings.
- Evaluate agency responses, provide insightful feedback, and set KPIs and measurement targets.
- Push category boundaries and reflect Chanel's CSR and Responsible Media agenda.
- Manage day-to-day media matters with internal local and global stakeholders.
- Act as a Chanel advertising 'Brand Guardian,' adhering to global communications vision and brand guidelines.
- Deliver best-in-class media campaigns focused on creativity and challenging the status quo.
- Foster collaboration with media agency partners, emphasizing accountability and transparency.
- Analyze and translate business challenges to ensure media propositions meet marketing objectives.
- Devise new media opportunities and evolutions to JBP agreements.
- Extensive experience in media agency or in-house brand roles within the luxury or fashion industry.
- Solid understanding of media briefing and planning tactics analysis.
- Strong operational skills and commitment to leading an in-house media team.
- Commitment to accuracy and quality in all role elements.
- Digital channel experience, including Social, PPC, Affiliates, and E-Retail Media.
- Experience leveraging data in media is highly desirable.
