Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain standardized supply chain processes across global regions.
- Collaborate with regional warehouse leaders to ensure adherence to best practices.
- Lead the design and deployment of a global WMS strategy.
- Optimize configurations and workflows across regions using warehouse management solutions.
- Utilize WMS data analytics for global process improvement initiatives.
- Manage integrations between WMS and other enterprise systems.
- Serve as the primary contact for supply chain issues within the global O2C process.
- Partner with IT and external vendors for the global roll-out of D365.
- Define and track global KPIs for WMS and O2C processes.
- Provide guidance and support to regional warehouse leaders on WMS functionalities.
- Develop and implement training programs for regional teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, APICS, PMP) are a plus.
Skills
- Expertise in warehouse management solutions such as Manhattan Scale, Active or MS WMS.
- Proficiency in data analytics and reporting tools within WMS platforms.
- Strategic and analytical mindset.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership and change management skills.
Experience Requirements
Minimum of 5 years in warehouse management, supply chain, or logistics with significant experience in a global leadership or WMS-focused role within the O2C cycle.
