1. Develop and implement standardized supply chain processes globally to support the Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle, including inventory control, order processing, and shipping.
2. Collaborate with regional warehouse leaders to ensure adherence to best practices and alignment with corporate O2C objectives.
3. Lead the design and deployment of a global Warehouse Management System (WMS) strategy to enhance operational efficiency and scalability.
4. Optimize warehouse management solutions configurations and workflows across regions.
5. Utilize WMS data analytics to identify and drive global process improvement initiatives.
6. Manage integrations between WMS and other enterprise systems to support end-to-end supply chain visibility.
7. Serve as the primary point of contact for supply chain issues within the global O2C process.
8. Partner with IT and external vendors to support the global roll-out of Microsoft Dynamics 365.
9. Define and track global KPIs for WMS and O2C processes, presenting regular reports to executive leadership.
10. Provide guidance and support to regional warehouse leaders on WMS functionalities and best practices.
11. Develop and implement training programs for regional teams on advanced WMS features.
12. Act as the guardian of the Fix, Flex, Free framework within the O2C process.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, APICS, PMP) are a plus.
3. Minimum of 5 years in warehouse management, supply chain, or logistics with significant experience in a global leadership role.

1. Expertise in warehouse management solutions such as Manhattan Scale, Active or MS WMS.
2. Proficiency in data analytics and reporting tools within WMS platforms.
3. Experience leading global process initiatives and deploying standardized practices.
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Demonstrated leadership and change management skills.

Minimum of 5 years in warehouse management, supply chain, or logistics with significant experience in a global leadership or WMS-focused role within the O2C cycle.

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
