1. Collaborate with the Group Director of Retail Talent Pipeline, HR Business Partners, and Boutique Leadership Teams to align recruitment strategies with business objectives.
2. Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to build a diverse talent pipeline for the East Coast Region.
3. Lead training initiatives for Boutique Leadership Teams on recruitment best practices, including sourcing and inclusive interviewing.
4. Provide expertise on the use of Workday and other recruitment technologies.
5. Foster relationships with candidates to enhance internal mobility and succession planning.
6. Monitor recruitment trends and adapt strategies accordingly.

1. Minimum of 7 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within retail.
2. Proven ability to develop and execute recruitment strategies.
3. Experience with recruitment technologies and social media platforms.
4. Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.

2. Proficiency in recruitment technologies such as Workday and LinkedIn Recruiter.

A minimum of 7 years in talent acquisition, with a preference for experience in retail recruitment.

The anticipated base salary range is $87,500 to $130,000, with additional compensation, benefits, and perks.
