- Develop and manage the U.S. Watches and Fine Jewelry Merchandising strategy across all sales points, including Retail, MBR, Lease, and Consignment.
- Conduct monthly demand forecasts at category, collection, and style levels, aligning with financial performance targets.
- Collaborate with global and regional teams to support the specific needs of the U.S. market.
- Provide quarterly hindsight analyses to leadership on forecast gaps and key learnings.
- Optimize demand planning workflows in collaboration with internal and global tech and supply chain teams.
- Set strategic product assortments for all distribution points, aligning with global and regional visions.
- Collaborate with marketing, education, sales, and visual merchandising teams for collection launches and key seasonal moments.
- Engage with field teams to identify opportunities and challenges, providing boutique support and creative solutions.
- Manage product allocations for limited new product launches and support wholesale partner meetings.
- Develop business reporting tools to enhance storytelling from complex datasets and promote division cohesiveness.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Merchandising, preferably within Watches and Fine Jewelry.
- Bachelor’s degree required, ideally in Supply Chain, Merchandising, or Planning fields.
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerBI.
- Familiarity with Anaplan is a plus.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in Merchandising, ideally within an Operations capacity such as Inventory Planning, Forecasting, Distribution, or Supply Chain.
Bachelor’s degree required, ideally in a Supply Chain, Merchandising, or Planning field.
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $87,500 to $125,000. Additional compensation may include bonuses and other variable pay.
