- Define and lead the global Change & Communications strategy for the HERO Programme, ensuring consistent alignment and engagement across all regions.
- Mentor and oversee a team of Change & Communications professionals, ensuring quality and strategic direction.
- Develop and implement frameworks and governance models to ensure regional alignment with global standards.
- Advise Programme Leaders and Regional Leaders on stakeholder engagement and readiness actions.
- Build and maintain a structured global communications plan aligned with programme milestones and deployment readiness.
- Partner with stakeholders to distill complex information into clear, compelling narratives.
- Manage HERO’s internal communication platforms, ensuring consistency and reach.
- Lead the global change management framework to drive readiness and adoption across deployment waves.
- Coordinate regional feedback loops to track adoption and performance, enabling continuous improvement.
- Oversee the global end-user training and enablement strategy, ensuring regional adaptation and alignment.
- Develop engaging programme materials and ensure messaging consistency across all channels.
- Establish KPIs to measure readiness, adoption, and engagement, and analyze feedback for continuous improvement.
- Proven experience leading Change Management and Communications for large-scale ERP or transformation programmes.
- Deep understanding of deployment and release management principles.
- Expertise in communication strategy, stakeholder engagement, and leadership alignment.
- Ability to translate complex information into clear and compelling narratives.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; fluency in English required, French or other languages advantageous.
- Proven ability to manage creative campaigns and communications channels.
- Skilled in building and leading capable, empowered teams.
Proven experience leading Change Management and Communications for large-scale ERP or transformation programmes.
