1. Define and lead the global Change & Communications strategy for the HERO Programme, ensuring consistent alignment and engagement across all regions.
2. Mentor and oversee a team of Change & Communications professionals, ensuring quality and strategic direction.
3. Develop and implement frameworks and governance models to ensure regional alignment with global standards.
4. Advise Programme Leaders and Regional Leaders on stakeholder engagement and readiness actions.
5. Build and maintain a structured global communications plan aligned with programme milestones and deployment readiness.
6. Partner with stakeholders to distill complex information into clear, compelling narratives.
7. Manage HERO’s internal communication platforms, ensuring consistency and reach.
8. Lead the global change management framework to drive readiness and adoption across deployment waves.
9. Coordinate regional feedback loops to track adoption and performance, enabling continuous improvement.
10. Oversee the global end-user training and enablement strategy, ensuring regional adaptation and alignment.
11. Develop engaging programme materials and ensure messaging consistency across all channels.
12. Establish KPIs to measure readiness, adoption, and engagement, and analyze feedback for continuous improvement.

1. Proven experience leading Change Management and Communications for large-scale ERP or transformation programmes.
2. Deep understanding of deployment and release management principles.
3. Expertise in communication strategy, stakeholder engagement, and leadership alignment.

1. Ability to translate complex information into clear and compelling narratives.
2. Strong written and verbal communication skills; fluency in English required, French or other languages advantageous.
3. Proven ability to manage creative campaigns and communications channels.
4. Skilled in building and leading capable, empowered teams.

Proven experience leading Change Management and Communications for large-scale ERP or transformation programmes.
