Chanel Senior Manager, Digital & CX Strategic Initiatives

- Drive strategic projects, digital platforms, and proof-of-concept initiatives to support business transformation.
- Develop frameworks and approaches for agile solutioning of key business challenges and opportunities.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and partnerships within the industry and start-up ecosystem.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to source high-quality partners and vendors.
- Create project management templates to define scope, objectives, stakeholders, budgets, and timelines.
- Measure ROI on projects to aid in business case creation and investment decisions.
- Develop executive presentations and storytelling materials to secure buy-in from senior executives.
- Facilitate brainstorming and alignment workshops with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Partner with the Head of Digital Product & Strategy on executive communications and reporting.
- Proven experience in partnering and sourcing external vendors and partners.
- Deep curiosity and awareness of trends in technology, eCommerce, and client experience.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in executing POCs from inception to launch.
- Exceptional communication skills, including verbal, written, facilitation, and presentation abilities.
- Ability to influence without authority in a cross-functional, matrixed organization.
- Minimum of 5 years working in strategy, product management, or corporate innovation.
- Experience or passion for the luxury retail industry.
- Strategic vision and execution balancing long-term goals with short-term action plans.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- Technical curiosity and understanding of the digital landscape.
- Collaborative leadership in cross-functional teamwork.
- Adaptability in navigating change in a dynamic environment.
- Problem-solving skills for managing projects and providing solutions.
Minimum of 7 years' work experience with at least 5 years in strategy, product/project management, or corporate innovation. Experience leading innovation or proof of concept projects is essential.
Bachelor's degree or higher preferred but not required.
The anticipated base salary range is $87,500 - $140,000. Additional compensation may include bonuses, benefits, and perks.
