Chanel Senior Manager, Data Quality & Growth

- Define and implement a comprehensive data quality framework, including KPIs, thresholds, and naming conventions.
- Lead data quality projects across Fragrance and Beauty, Fashion, and Watches & Fine Jewelry divisions.
- Benchmark Chanel's data quality against industry standards to ensure leadership in luxury retail data integrity.
- Optimize data flows to enhance efficiency and propose new methodologies to maximize data usage.
- Develop and execute strategies for database growth, focusing on data capture and touchpoint optimization.
- Monitor database health proactively, identifying quality gaps and mitigating business risks through automated reporting.
- Conduct thorough data validation on incremental data sets and manage data stewardship for sensitive client profiles.
- Collaborate with technology teams to resolve data quality issues, ensuring accuracy and usability of client datasets.
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycles for quality issues, from identification to resolution.
- Coordinate communication with data analyst teams and provide updates on issue resolutions across organizational levels.
- Minimum of 7 years in data management, data stewardship, and CRM systems.
- Experience in leading data stewardship within CRM/CDP systems, with Salesforce Data Cloud expertise.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Advertising Studio, and Oracle Responsys activations.
- Subject matter expertise in data analytics using Big Query, Looker, and Power BI.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- CDMP, CDS, DGSP, or similar data certifications preferred. Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant certification is a plus.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong project management capabilities.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Looker, Big Query, and Power BI.
- Ability to influence business practices and solutions.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
A minimum of 7 years of proven experience in data quality management, data stewardship, and CRM systems, particularly within the luxury retail industry.
Bachelor’s Degree or higher or equivalent experience.
The anticipated base salary range is $87,500 to $160,000, with potential for bonuses and other variable pay components.
