1. Implement and maintain a data migration strategy for the Dynamics 365 F&O platform.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth and successful migration process.
3. Work with local market subject matter experts to establish data mappings between source and target systems.
4. Manage and execute data profiling, extraction, transformation, and loading processes.
5. Incorporate best practices in data governance into the migration process and promote them within the program.
6. Establish and monitor data quality metrics to measure completeness, accuracy, timeliness, and consistency.
7. Identify, record, and facilitate resolution of data issues, guiding the market team on critical issues.
8. Maintain and enhance documentation to ensure the data migration process is easily understood and communicated.
9. Ensure compliance with data regulations and policies, including personal data and retention policies.
10. Provide regular updates and reports on the progress of the migration.

1. Strong understanding of Finance and Supply Chain master data and dimensions.
2. Experience in data migration: data mapping, cleansing, enriching, transformation, and migration documentation.
3. Experience with tools for data quality, cataloguing, data profiling, and remediation.
4. Strong understanding of data governance principles and best practices.
