1. Lead and prepare the annual sustainability reporting process, including CDP and SECR reports, and conduct trend analysis on sustainability KPIs to inform action plan progress.
2. Coordinate and execute the assurance process with external auditors, ensuring alignment with audit standards and maintaining data integrity.
3. Drive engagement within regional and divisional communities to improve data quality and utilization across the organization.
4. Collaborate with Finance and IT teams to automate reporting processes and develop a reporting ecosystem using Power BI.
5. Pilot supply chain engagement initiatives to integrate supplier data into the company's carbon reporting.
6. Work with internal and external communications to effectively communicate Chanel's sustainability progress and enhance brand reputation.

1. Substantial experience in ESG or corporate sustainability reporting.
2. Background in finance or consulting is advantageous.
3. Proficiency in external reporting frameworks such as GHG Protocol, CDP, SECR, and CSRD.

1. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and experience in data management systems.
2. Excellent project management and leadership abilities.
3. Exceptional collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills.
4. Fluency in English; proficiency in French is advantageous.

Substantial experience in ESG or corporate sustainability reporting, with a background in finance or consulting considered beneficial.
